Project Offshore

The central idea was to collect a small cluster of the companies registered in AluNet and use their collective qualifications to enter a new market and support a large company, which a single, smaller company would not be able to do alone.

A large Danish company was presented with a top construction for a mono-tower, where a considerable weight reduction was achieved by using aluminium in an innovative way. The project was approaching the calculation phase and the model phase.

The involved companies are SAPA profiler A/S, Ib Andresen Industri A/S, Sjølund Profilvalsning A/S og SubCPartner A/S.

AluNet financed this project independently.

A report describing this project has been prepared and a presentation was held (only in Danish).
